Client Relationship Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Hyderabad. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include providing support to clients, coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless services, identifying new business opportunities, and actively assisting in client communication and resolution of inquiries.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in relationship management, customer service, and client communication
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and manage accounts effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for addressing client concerns and identifying opportunities
• Experience in sales, business development, or a customer-focused role is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and time management skills
• Familiarity with the real estate or commercial office space industry is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
