The role involves managing client relationships, drafting replies to notices, and preparing appeals under GST law, as well as addressing similar issues. Be flexible and available for working on weekends depending on urgent work requirement Stays abreast with the latest development in GST law Sound knowledge of GST tax particularly audits, assessment, refunds and similar provisions. 1. Audit Management: Lead and manage internal and external (by the department under section 65/66) audits, working closely with auditors to resolve issues and ensure timely completion. 2. Assessment Management: Lead and manage assessment proceedings done by GST department under section 61/62/63/64 as the case may be 3. Refund Filing: well versed with preparation of different types of refunds under section 54 such as export/inverted duty structure etc. · Assistance in search matters · Must be able to assist the client in preparation of various workings and reconciliation during the course of inspection and search done by the department · Strong calculative and Advance Excel Skills (Like: V- Lookup, H- Lookup, Average Etc.) · Should have a strong knowledge of GSTR-1/3B/9 & 9C. · Should be familiar with and have a working knowledge of GST Portal. · Should be comfortable for Outstation for work purposes. Key Responsibilities Own and drive the overall brand strategy aligned with the firm’s vision and business objectives. Define brand positioning, tone of voice, messaging frameworks, and narratives for RB LawCorp. Develop and guide go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new practice areas, initiatives, campaigns, and announcements. Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking within the legal and professional services space. Work closely with design, content, social media, and digital marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms. Plan campaign storylines, content pillars, and creative direction for digital and offline communication. Monitor brand performance, engagement metrics, and visibility, and refine strategies based on insights. Prepare and present brand decks, strategy notes, and recommendations to leadership.
