Location: Noida Sector 18 | Type: Full-Time, On-Site

We are hiring a polished and dynamic Client Relationship Manager with an MBA in Marketing from a reputed institution. The role involves managing end-to-end client relationships, ensuring smooth communication, timely coordination, and exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for all clients and maintain long-term relationships.

Ensure timely follow-ups, resolution of queries, and high client satisfaction.

Draft professional emails, proposals, and presentations with excellent communication skills.

Coordinate internally (legal, tax, HR, admin teams) to ensure commitments are delivered on time.

Support branding, client engagement activities, and event coordination (non-sales).

Maintain CRM records, client logs, interaction reports, and weekly/monthly updates.

Uphold strong professional etiquette, confidentiality, and refined communication at all times.
