Job Description

Back Office Admin (Female) Key Responsibilities:  Assist in the coordination of daily business operations.  Manage and maintain proper documentation and records for NGO registrations.  Support senior executives in administrative and operational tasks.  Prepare reports, presentations, and necessary documentation.  Coordinate schedules and meetings with NGOs and stakeholders.  Liaise with various departments to ensure operational efficiency.  Handle correspondence and communication as directed.  Ensure compliance with documentation requirements for NSE SSE registration.  Assist in data management and report generation as per organizational needs. Required Skills & Competencies:  Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet usage.  Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.  Excellent time management and organizational skills.  Ability to multitask and handle work efficiently under deadlines.  Keen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.  Proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
