Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office admin to handle end-to-end export operations including order processing, documentation, dispatch, and communication with overseas clients and logistics partners. The role involves preparing export quotations, coordinating with freight forwarders, and ensuring timely and compliant shipments. Key Responsibilities: Prepare export quotations and proforma invoices for international clients. Handle end-to-end export order execution from order confirmation to final dispatch. Prepare and verify all export documents including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, BL/AWB, and certificates of origin. Coordinate with shipping lines, airline agents, courier partners (e.g., DHL, FedEx), and customs authorities. Manage invoicing in foreign currencies and ensure compliance with international trade and banking norms. Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods to overseas clients. Liaise with internal departments (sales, accounts, warehouse) to ensure smooth operations. Maintain proper records of export transactions and documentation. Handle email correspondence with clients, freight forwarders, and agents professionally.
