**Job Summary
-The candidate should be able to speak English, Hindi and Bengali.- The candidate needs to coordinate with clients, branch offices, teams and external vendors etc.- The candidate should have experience of drafting of letters, notices, contents, emails.The candidate should have experience of using accounting software to extract invoices, receipts and make basic accounting entries.-The candidate should be able to manage CRM and online and offline Databases.- The candidate has to carry out regular back-office administrative work as directed.-The Candidate has to look into hiring, recruitment and HR work whenever required.The candidate has to be run email marketing campaigns using web-based softwares.The candidate has to be skilled to use scanners, printers, internet, Microsoft Excel, Google sheets.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent Command over English, Hind and Bengali.Thorough Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, word and Power point.Excellent email drafting skills in English.Experience in working with Lead management CRM, Google Drive, Google sheets and Google Docs, Zoho CRM, Running Email Campaigns, PDF editing software.Working Experience in Tally ERP 9.( Preferable)Minimum experience of 1.5 year in Back office Management.Freshers are not preferred to apply.
