Serve as the main point of contact for clients and maintain strong professional relationships. Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the internal team. Monitor client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups and updates. Manage multiple client accounts to ensure satisfaction and prompt resolution of issues. Assist in onboarding new clients and providing ongoing support. Preference to law graduates Key Skills & Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong client management and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand client needs and coordinate efficiently with internal teams. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
