Job Overview: As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of the company's digital presence. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, improving brand visibility, driving web traffic, and ensuring consistent engagement across all digital channels. You will supervise a team of digital executives and coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals. Core Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning Develop short-term and long-term digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Define and monitor KPIs for all digital campaigns. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Implement and manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies. Work closely with content writers to ensure search-optimized content. Use tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs for performance tracking. Performance Marketing Create, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments. Allocate and track ad spend across channels for maximum ROI. Content & Social Media Oversee content marketing strategy across blogs, email newsletters, and video platforms. Manage brand presence across social media platforms. Collaborate with influencers and partners for cross-promotions. Email Marketing & Automation Build targeted email campaigns for different buyer personas and customer journeys. Use tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Zoho for automation and performance tracking. Analytics & Reporting Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other dashboards. Analyze user behavior, conversions, bounce rates, and engagement to suggest improvements. Team & Vendor Management Manage and mentor a team of junior marketers, freelancers, and external vendors. Collaborate with design, product, and tech teams to launch integrated campaigns. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3–7 years of hands-on digital marketing experience. Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, content strategy, and analytics. Strong knowledge of CRM, lead nurturing, funnel building, and CRO (conversion rate optimization). Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Meta preferred.
