Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee social media accounts for both our company and our diverse portfolio of clients. In this role, you will be the bridge between creative vision and technical execution—collaborating with writers and designers to launch high-impact campaigns, auditing page performance, and maintaining professional engagement across all major platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Oversee and post daily content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with content writers and graphic designers to brainstorm campaign concepts and stay ahead of viral trends.
  • Performance Auditing: Conduct comprehensive social media audits to identify growth opportunities and implement changes that drive engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor platform analytics to gauge campaign success and assist in building detailed performance reports for clients.
  • Brand Stewardship: Develop a deep understanding of company and client brands, product goals, and service standards.
  • Customer Service: Actively engage with followers and provide high-level client service when required.
  • Tools & Systems: Utilize project management software (Asana) and social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Zoho Social) to maintain an organized workflow.

Required Skills

  • Strategy & Marketing: Proven expertise in Social Media Optimization (SMO) and Social Media Marketing (SMM).
  • Engagement: Strong ability to build and maintain online communities through active engagement.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Work Ethic: A "smart-working" approach—being highly organized, dedicated, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Client-Centric: A focus on delivering results that align with the client’s specific business needs.

Education & Experience

  • Education: Graduation (Preferably).
  • Certification: Digital Marketing certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of prior industry experience is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
