About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Sr. Video Editor & Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of professional experience. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging videos, motion graphics, and visual designs that bring ideas to life for social media, websites, and brand campaigns. NOTE: Only candidates with 2+ years of experience and comfortable with the offered salary should apply. Key Responsibilities Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, and brand campaigns. Create motion graphics, animations, and transitions to enhance video storytelling. Design static graphics, banners, thumbnails, and marketing creatives. Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to develop strong visual concepts. Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines. Manage the team of multiple designers Stay updated with the latest design/video trends, tools, and techniques. Ensure all creatives align with brand identity and campaign goals. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in video editing and graphic design. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (Figma is a plus). Strong understanding of video formats, resolutions, and export settings for different platforms. Ability to create engaging short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style videos). Creativity in storytelling and attention to detail in design. Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team. Nice to Have Experience with 3D animation / Blender / Cinema4D . Basic photography skills.
