Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Job Description:

We’re on the lookout for a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor & Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of professional experience. This role is perfect for someone passionate about visual storytelling and eager to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll be crafting compelling video content, motion graphics, and visual assets for social media, websites, and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, and marketing campaigns.
• Create eye-catching motion graphics, animations, and transitions to elevate video narratives.
• Design static visuals including banners, thumbnails, and promotional creatives.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop strong, cohesive visual concepts.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver assets within deadlines.
• Lead and support a small team of designers to ensure consistent creative output.
• Stay current with design and video trends, tools, and platform best practices.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of video formats, resolutions, and platform-specific export settings.
• Ability to create engaging short-form content (Reels, Shorts,).
• Strong storytelling skills and attention to detail in both video and graphic design.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Leadership qualities and experience managing or guiding a small creative team is a bonus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with 3D animation tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Basic photography and photo editing skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
