Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals. Plan campaigns for brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Content Creation & Management Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.). Maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms. Community Engagement Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions. Build and nurture relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates. Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs like reach, engagement, followers, CTR, etc. Use insights to optimize future campaigns. Platform Management Manage all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok). Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and tools. Paid Advertising Create and manage social media ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Monitor budget, targeting, and ROI.
