About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager who can handle social media growth along with Meta Ads and basic SEO. The role requires someone who understands content, analytics, and paid performance together.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs aligned with brand tone
• Manage posting schedules, engagement, and community interactions
• Coordinate with designers and video editors for high-quality content

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Set up, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns (Leads / Sales / Awareness)
• Audience research, creatives testing, and budget optimization
• Track performance metrics like CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR
• Share weekly and monthly performance reports

SEO (Basic to Intermediate)

• Keyword research for social media and website content
• Optimize captions, bios, hashtags, and basic on-page SEO
• Coordinate with content team for SEO-friendly blogs/posts
• Track rankings and traffic using tools like Search Console

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals
• Good understanding of content trends and algorithms
• Ability to analyze data and improve performance
• Strong communication and time management skills
