As a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) based in Bangalore, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals in the luxury real estate segment. Your role will involve showcasing luxury properties, negotiating sales terms, and providing expert guidance to clients for maximum returns. Your exceptional communication, sales, and negotiation skills will be crucial in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills. - Maintain a professional appearance and polished style. - Exhibit strong analytical thinking and a comprehensive understanding of industry trends. - Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals in luxury real estate. - Showcase luxury properties through personalized presentations, property tours, and exclusive events. - Negotiate terms and conditions of sale to achieve sales targets. - Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities. - Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. Qualifications: - Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in Sales or Client Relationship Management. - Excellent communication, sales, negotiations, and presentation skills. - Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceptional service. - Experience in Luxury Real Estate sales is a plus. - Seeking dynamic individuals with a professional appearance, excellent presentation skills, sharp intellect, and relevant knowledge.
