Are you an HR professional with 3-10 years of experience and a keen interest in the Management.

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented HR Executive who can efficiently manage human resources while also supporting basic legal coordination and compliance within the firm.

🔍 Who We’re Looking For:

✔️ 3–10 years of HR experience (law firm/consulting firm experience preferred)

✔️ Excellent communication, people management & coordination skills

✔️ Ability to manage HR documentation, assist in policy drafting, and coordinate with legal/admin teams

✔️ Professional, proactive, and committed to organizational growth

🌐 Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations

Maintain employee records, registers, and compliance reports

Draft internal HR/legal policies, confidentiality agreements, etc.

Liaise with legal professionals for smooth workflow

Contribute to a structured and positive office culture

Language Preference: English & Gujarati
