Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Orchha. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies, conducting employee orientation and training, and overseeing performance management. The role involves ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additional responsibilities include managing employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll.

• Experience in recruitment, employee orientation, and training
• Knowledge of developing and implementing HR policies
• Performance management and employee relations skills
• Benefits administration and payroll management experience
• Strong understanding of labor law compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
