Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food & Beverage Supervisor located in Niwari. The Food & Beverage Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the F&B department, manage team members, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain quality standards. Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory management, coordinating with kitchen staff, and overseeing dining services. The role also involves training and evaluating team members, handling customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications Experience in team management and supervision in the F&B industry Strong organizational and multitasking skills Customer service skills and ability to handle complaints professionally Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Previous experience in a luxury or high-end establishment is a plus Relevant certifications in hospitality or F&B management are advantageous Excellent Knowledge of IDS PMS Show more Show less
