The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits, and ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment.
