Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure our HR strategies align with business goals and promote a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
• Manage employee relations and performance evaluations
• Ensure legal compliance and update HR policies
• Support leadership with HR strategy and workforce planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 3–5 years of HR management experience
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,610.60 - ₹50,000.00 per month
