Key Responsibilities:

📌 Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding

• Draft and publish job postings across platforms

• Schedule interviews and assist in candidate evaluation

• Facilitate smooth onboarding experience and documentation

📌 HR Operations

• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS

• Draft employment letters, contracts, and exit documentation

• Monitor attendance, leave tracking, and monthly HR reports

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements

📌 Employee Engagement & Welfare

• Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and feedback sessions

• Conduct induction programs and assist in training coordination

• Help build a positive and inclusive workplace culture

📌 Performance Management & Policy Implementation

• Support the annual appraisal process and goal tracking

• Communicate HR policies, updates, and changes to staff

• Ensure company policies are adhered to and address grievances with empathy and discretion

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, or BA with HR specialization); MBA in HR preferred

• 1–3 years of experience in HR or Admin roles

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
