Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position in Faridabad for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. Key responsibilities include implementing HR strategies, handling employee benefits, managing performance evaluation processes, and ensuring workplace compliance with labor laws and regulations. The role also involves fostering an inclusive and positive work environment to support company growth and employee engagement.

• Knowledge of HR Legal Compliance and Labor Laws
• Experience in Performance Management and Organizational Development
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and demonstrated problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role is preferred
