Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and prepare official documents for internal and external use, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Advanced data manipulation, analysis, and visualization using MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.).
• Creating and managing reports, presentations, and documents with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Automating tasks to improve efficiency (bonus if you know VBA or macros).
• Collaborating with teams to support metal trading operations, such as inventory tracking and trade documentation.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven excellence in MS Excel and Microsoft Office – you should be able to handle complex spreadsheets like a pro!
• Additional skills: VBA in Excel, basic data analysis, reporting, and strong organizational abilities.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role (e.g., administrative or documentation-focused positions).
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
