• Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Assisting with HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance
• Supporting employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
• Maintaining and updating employee records
• Collaborating with department heads for manpower planning and training needs

• 2–4 years of experience in HR or talent acquisition
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with HRMS tools and basic labour laws
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
