Job Title: Accountant Location: Mandoli Industrial Area, Delhi (with occasional travel to Faridabad Corporate Office) Job Type: Full-Time (On-site) Company Description Reelotek Metals is a fast-growing non-ferrous metals trading company with a strong presence in Delhi and Haryana. We specialize in the procurement and distribution of zinc ingots, aluminium ingots, and aluminium wire rods, serving clients across various industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities Full-cycle accounting: journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and financial statements Filing and compliance of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and managing input/output reconciliation Deduction, payment, and filing of TDS/TCS , including Form 16/16A generation and Form 26Q/27Q submissions Monthly salary processing , computation of employee taxes, preparation of payroll sheets, and handling of Form 24Q Income tax compliance including advance tax, audit coordination, and year-end closing Ensure timely deposit and filing for PF, ESI, Professional Tax , and other applicable labor compliances Maintain proper books of accounts, vouchers, bank reconciliation statements, and supporting documentation Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government departments when required Occasional visits to Corporate Office in Faridabad for financial reviews, audit discussions, and meetings Stay up to date with changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and compliance regulations Candidate Requirements Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance Minimum 7 years of hands-on accounting and tax compliance experience Deep knowledge of GST, TDS/TCS, Income Tax, Payroll Taxation, PF/ESI, and Labor Laws Experience with Tally ERP, SOURCE PRO ERP or similar accounting software Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently with integrity and accountability Excellent communication and organizational skills CA Inter or Semi-qualified CA / MBA Finance (preferred but not mandatory) Must be willing to work on-site in Mandoli Industrial Area, Delhi, and travel occasionally to Faridabad How to Apply Send your updated resume and a brief cover letter to hr.manager@reelotekmetals.com with the subject line “Application for Accountant – Delhi” .
