Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle accounting: journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Filing and compliance of

  GST

  returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and managing input/output reconciliation
• Deduction, payment, and filing of

  TDS/TCS

  , including Form 16/16A generation and Form 26Q/27Q submissions
• Monthly

  salary processing

  , computation of employee taxes, preparation of payroll sheets, and handling of Form 24Q

• Income tax

  compliance including advance tax, audit coordination, and year-end closing
• Ensure timely deposit and filing for

  PF, ESI, Professional Tax

  , and other applicable labor compliances
• Maintain proper books of accounts, vouchers, bank reconciliation statements, and supporting documentation
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government departments when required
• Occasional visits to

  Corporate Office in Faridabad

  for financial reviews, audit discussions, and meetings
• Stay up to date with changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and compliance regulations

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• Minimum

  7 years of hands-on accounting and tax compliance experience

• Deep knowledge of

  GST, TDS/TCS, Income Tax, Payroll Taxation, PF/ESI, and Labor Laws

• Experience with

  Tally ERP, SOURCE PRO ERP or similar accounting software

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently with integrity and accountability
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• CA Inter or Semi-qualified CA / MBA Finance (preferred but not mandatory)
• Must be willing to work on-site in Mandoli Industrial Area, Delhi, and travel occasionally to Faridabad
