Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing

• Develop and implement annual manpower plans for hotel operations and real estate divisions.
• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for operational, corporate, and project-based positions.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, conduct interviews, complete reference checks, and oversee seamless onboarding of new hires.
  

2. Training & Development

• Identify competency gaps and design training programs to enhance service excellence in hospitality.
• Coordinate orientation sessions, skill development workshops, and cross-functional training initiatives.
• Ensure completion of all mandatory training modules as per organizational and industry standards.
  

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
• Address employee concerns and grievances promptly, professionally, and in alignment with company policies.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, retention strategies, and Rewards & Recognition programs.
  

4. Performance Management

• Implement KPI-driven performance evaluation systems across hotel, sales, and project teams.
• Manage mid-year and annual appraisal cycles in coordination with respective department heads.
• Support HODs in drafting and monitoring Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
  

5. HR Operations & Compliance

• Manage HRMS databases, payroll coordination, and leave & attendance processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospitality safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Draft, update, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, service rules, and employee handbooks.
  

6. Compensation & Benefits Administration

• Coordinate accurate and timely payroll processing in collaboration with finance teams.
• Oversee administration of benefits including ESI, PF, insurance, gratuity, and other statutory components.
• Conduct compensation benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
  

7. Health, Safety & Work Environment

• Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and hygiene protocols within the hotel and office premises.
• Oversee disciplinary procedures and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
