Role Description

This is an remote, full-time role as a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee engagement, and talent development. Responsibilities include managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, building employee training programs, handling employee relations, and ensuring legal compliance. The role requires working closely with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

• Experience in HR Policy Development, Compliance Management, and HR Operations
• Skills in Training and Development, Organizational Development, and Performance Management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is a plus
• Experience in utilizing HR tools and systems effectively
