Role Description

The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR functions, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits programs, and handling personnel management. The role involves working closely with both employees and management to ensure a productive and supportive workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and managing Employee Benefits
  • Skills in Personnel Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in a remote work environment is a plus
  • Certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are advantageous
