Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all HR processes.
• Lead recruitment activities including sourcing, interviews, shortlisting, and final selection.
• Develop and update HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new hires.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HRMIS data accuracy.
• Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and handle disciplinary procedures.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace culture and retention.
• Manage performance appraisal cycles, goal-setting, and capability development programs.
• Ensure statutory compliance, labor law adherence, audit readiness, and documentation.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and support salary-related processes.
• Work closely with leadership on manpower planning, succession planning, and HR strategies.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.
• Guide and support HR team members to achieve department goals.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
