Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager to oversee core HR operations at a client’s manufacturing facility, with strong focus on hiring, employee communication, engagement and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Factory HR

• Manage end-to-end employee life cycle: onboarding to exit
• Daily shop-floor HR presence and workforce coordination
• Address employee concerns and ensure smooth HR functioning
• Oversee Statutory Compliances & Employee Relations (ER)

Hiring

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for staff and shop-floor roles
• Coordinate with departments for manpower planning
• Build a local talent pipeline (preferably from nearby locations)

Policy & Process Management

• Implement HR policies and SOPs
• Ensure documentation, discipline, and HR process adherence

Employee Communication & Engagement

• Drive communication between management and employees
• Plan and execute engagement activities and welfare initiatives

Preferred Profile

• 5–8 years’ HR experience (3+ years in manufacturing/factory HR)
• Strong hiring skills and shop-floor HR exposure
• Good communication, coordination, and people management abilities
• Preferably residing in Kompally / Medchal belt
