Senior Interior Designer/Architect

As a Senior Interior Designer/Architect at our firm located in Bhubaneshwar, Odisha, you will play a pivotal role in leading high-end residential and commercial interior projects from inception to completion. With a minimum of 4 years of experience in the field, you will bring forth a strong design sensibility, technical knowledge, and hands-on expertise to manage projects with finesse and creativity. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, this client-facing role will require you to take charge of project design development, planning, and execution, ensuring the delivery of exceptional and innovative design solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass creating detailed working drawings, 3D views, presentations, and mood boards to effectively communicate design concepts to clients. Engaging in client meetings, you will provide creative and functional design solutions while conducting site visits for measurement, supervision, and quality control. Collaborating with vendors, contractors, and consultants is essential to ensure timely progress and adherence to high-quality standards. Moreover, you will be responsible for developing BOQs, cost estimates, and supporting the budgeting process, while maintaining strict adherence to project timelines. As a mentor and guide to junior designers and interns, you will leverage your expertise to nurture talent within the team. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture, along with a comprehensive understanding of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and the Adobe Suite. Strong communication, presentation, and client handling skills are paramount, coupled with a good grasp of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting. The ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines is crucial in this dynamic and fast-paced environment.
