Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  1. Provide leadership to the HR team, setting clear goals and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  2. Oversee and manage all core HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal, payroll, employee relations, retention, and talent management.
  3. Ensure full compliance with local, state, and central labour regulations and all company policies, and proactively update processes as regulations evolve.
  4. Develop and implement succession plans and career pathways to ensure future leadership continuity.
  5. Foster a high-performance culture grounded in continuous learning, professional growth, and regular skills enhancement, deploying modern HRMS and data-driven decision-making.
  6. Champion ethics, trust, fairness, and company values in all areas of people management and workplace conduct.
  7. Drive employee engagement, strengthen communication channels, and address issues constructively to maintain a culture of trust and service quality.
  8. Formulate and monitor HR budgets, ensuring sustainable and cost-optimized HR operations in line with business goals.
  9. Support change management and lead initiatives that advance digital transformation and organizational agility.
  10. Advise senior leadership with HR insights, metrics, and recommendations that support business strategy and growth.


Required Qualifications


  1. Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 12 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity; logistics or supply chain sector experience preferred.
  3. Advanced understanding of Indian employment law, HR best practices, and statutory compliance requirements.
  4. Success in leading people development, succession planning, and workforce transformation.
  5. High ethical standards, integrity, and ability to build credibility across all levels of the organization.
  6. Experience with HRMS, data-driven HR initiatives, and digitized HR operations.
  7. Proven ability to plan and manage HR budgets effectively.
  8. Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
