HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Oversee employee engagement, performance management, and career development initiatives
• Handle HR administration including payroll coordination, benefits, and compliance
• Foster a positive and productive workplace culture aligned with company values
• Support team leads and co-founders with employee relations and conflict resolution
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with legal requirements

Requirements:

• Experience in hiring graphic designers, communication designers, social media profiles for a digital marketing agency
• 1+ years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or agency environment
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Proficiency with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS) is a plus
• Passion for building great teams and supporting employee growth
