Communication Designer

🎯 What You’ll Do:

• Develop cohesive brand identities and visually compelling campaigns tailored to lifestyle, fashion, skincare, and travel brands.
• Create high-impact graphics, presentations, reels/mockups, and ad creatives across digital and print platforms.
• Build mood boards, visual guidelines, and concept decks to support campaign ideation and execution.
• Design engaging content for Instagram, Pinterest, and other lifestyle-driven social media platforms.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and content creators to bring storytelling to life through design.
• Translate creative briefs and client feedback into actionable visual deliverables.
• Support client presentations by visually refining decks and concepts.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute visual ideas, and stay up to date on pop-culture, design, and influencer trends.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries.

📌 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

 ✅ 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or communication design

✅ Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus!)

✅ A strong portfolio showcasing branding, typography, and social media design

✅ Ability to think creatively and work in a fast-paced environment

✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

✅ Excellent collaboration and communication skills

✅ Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (is a plus!)
