About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Manager to lead and grow our brand presence across platforms, with a primary focus on Instagram. The ideal candidate will have experience in lifestyle brands, strong knowledge of algorithm trends, and the ability to align brand needs with the team for impactful execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media strategies tailored to lifestyle audiences.
• Create, curate, and schedule content with a strong focus on Instagram growth.
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and implement strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with content, design, and campaign teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the team to ensure smooth alignment with brand goals.
• Oversee campaign calendars, influencer partnerships, and shoot planning when required.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of proven experience in social media management (lifestyle/agency experience preferred).
• Demonstrated experience managing Instagram accounts and driving growth.
• Strong understanding of algorithm trends and content optimization.
• Awareness of current social media trends and ability to apply them creatively.
• Experience in team management and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working with lifestyle, fashion, or beauty brands.
• Familiarity with paid social campaigns and influencer marketing.
• Strong visual sense and understanding of aesthetics for lifestyle content.
