Role Description- This is a full-time and an on-site role for a Social Media Manager. The position is based in Gurugram. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts and engaging with followers. Responsibilities also include analyzing social media performance & collaborating with other teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing goals and staying updated with the latest social media trends and best practices. Qualifications & Skill Based requirements - Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills. Strong Communication and Writing skills. Experience in developing content strategies. Ability to analyze social media performance and generate reports. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency with social media management tools. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field. Experience Required- Minimum 1 Year of experience in Social Media Marketing & Management.
