Job Title: Salesforce Administrator Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our Salesforce platform to support business operations, sales, customer service, and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, improving workflows, creating reports/dashboards, and enabling automation to enhance user productivity and business performance. Key Responsibilities Platform Administration & Configuration Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions. Configure page layouts, record types, workflows, and validation rules. Maintain data security, sharing rules, and access control. Automation & Process Improvements Build and maintain automation (Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes). Streamline business processes and identify opportunities for automation. Implement and manage integrations with third-party applications. Data Management Maintain data quality through regular audits and de-duplication. Import, export, and update records as needed. Enforce data governance policies and ensure compliance. Reporting & Analytics Create and manage reports and dashboards for various teams. Provide insights and analytics to support decision-making. Track key metrics related to sales, service, and customer engagement. User Support & Training Serve as the first point of contact for Salesforce-related support. Develop training materials and conduct onboarding sessions for new users. Communicate system updates and best practices. System Upgrades & Testing Stay informed on Salesforce releases and evaluate new features. Test and deploy new functionality and updates without disruption. Collaborate with IT, developers, and business stakeholders on enhancements. Qualifications Required: 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required. Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. Experience with data management tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred: Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder). Experience with Salesforce Flow and automation tools. Familiarity with integrations via API, middleware, or AppExchange apps. SaaS industry or customer experience platform background. Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
