Role Overview

end-to-end HR operations and recruitment

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring

• Own

  end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

  : workforce planning, JD creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding.
• Hire for

  tech, product, design, sales, consulting, and leadership roles

  .
• Build and manage

  talent pipelines

  for future growth.
• Partner with hiring managers to define

  skill, mindset, and culture fit

  .
• Drive hiring through

  multiple channels

  : LinkedIn, referrals, campuses, agencies, communities, and networks.
• Ensure

  speed, quality, and candidate experience

  in hiring.

2. HR Operations & Policy Framework

• Design and implement

  HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks

  .
• Manage

  employee lifecycle

  : onboarding, confirmation, engagement, exits.
• Handle

  attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and compliance

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  Indian labor laws

  and statutory requirements.
• Set up scalable HR systems suitable for a

  growing product company

  .

3. Culture, Engagement & Performance

• Build a

  strong culture of ownership, learning, and accountability

  .
• Drive

  performance management systems

  (OKRs/KPIs, reviews, feedback).
• Lead

  employee engagement initiatives

  , town halls, and internal communication.
• Support leadership in

  conflict resolution and people decisions

  .
• Act as a

  culture ambassador

  for Qodequay’s values.

4. Employer Branding & HR Strategy

• Strengthen Qodequay’s

  employer brand

  across LinkedIn, hiring platforms, and communities.
• Create innovative hiring narratives aligned with

  AI, product, and innovation mindset

  .
• Support leadership in

  org structure planning, succession planning, and workforce strategy

  .
• Use HR analytics to track

  attrition, hiring effectiveness, and engagement metrics

  .

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in

  HR & Talent Acquisition

  , preferably in

  tech / product / startup environments

  .
• Strong experience hiring

  engineers, designers, product managers, sales, and consultants

  .
• Proven ability to build HR processes

  from scratch or during scale-up

  .
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to work in

  fast-moving, ambiguous environments

  .
• Familiarity with

  modern HR tools, ATS, and performance systems

  .

Good to Have

• Experience working in

  AI, SaaS, AR/VR, or consulting-led organizations

  .
• Exposure to

  OKR-based performance management

  .
• Startup or founder-led organization experience.
• Ability to balance

  empathy with execution discipline

  .
