Job Description

HR Manager


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for tech and non-tech roles (developers, project managers, consultants, etc.).
  • Develop and manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and internal referrals.
  • Conduct interviews, screening, and offer negotiations.
  • Manage smooth onboarding and induction processes.

Performance Management & Development

  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems (OKRs, KPIs, 360-degree feedback).
  • Support employee growth through training programs, upskilling, and mentorship plans.
  • Identify high-potential talent and support succession planning.

Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives—team-building events, wellness programs, surveys, and feedback loops.
  • Address grievances, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Improve employee retention by regularly analyzing attrition trends and addressing root causes.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and policies in compliance with labor laws.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, leave and attendance management, and HR MIS reporting.
  • Ensure all statutory and labor law compliances (ESI, PF, Shops & Establishment, etc.) are met.

Policy Development & Culture Building

  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company values and business goals.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, inclusivity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Guide leadership on change management and organizational development.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6–8 years of HR experience

    , with

    at least 3 years in the IT or Tech consulting sector

    .
  • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of HRMS platforms (Zoho, Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).
