Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. The role also involves developing and implementing HR policies, conducting training sessions, managing employee benefits, and handling payroll. The HR Manager will ensure a positive workplace culture and work closely with the management team to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance
• Skills in performance management and developing HR policies
• Experience in managing employee benefits and payroll
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate with the management team
• Previous experience in the mining industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
