Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for supporting the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partnering with the organization on strategic initiatives. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Your main objectives in this role will include maintaining, developing, and implementing employee processes and procedures, utilizing HR systems for proper documentation. You will be tasked with providing ongoing maintenance of employee data and change workflows across internal and associated external systems, covering candidate management, new-hire onboarding, and organizational change. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing data and files related to new-hire and termination processes across all personnel databases. You will also contribute to the design, configuration, and communication activities for ongoing and annual benefits enrollment processes, programs, and performance, while continuously adjusting processes to enhance the management and accessibility of key analytical data. Your responsibilities will involve recruiting and onboarding new hires, conducting performance management, and providing feedback. You will be responsible for the induction of newly joined employees and ensuring that exit interviews are conducted smoothly to facilitate seamless exits. Moreover, you will be involved in employee engagement activities, bridging the gap between management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues and fostering a positive working environment. You will also need to report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics, ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management. To qualify for this position, you must possess a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, along with 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources. Strong recruiting skills and a demonstrated ability to enhance talent acquisition strategies are essential. You should also have expertise in training managers and employees, along with strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills. Attention to detail, good judgment, and proficiency in MS Office are required for this role. This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule, and the work location is in person.,
