Key Responsibilities: Source Top Talent: Utilize online job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks to identify and engage qualified candidates. Resume Screening : Conduct detailed reviews of candidate profiles and maintain accurate records in the internal database. Lead Interview Process : Conduct structured interviews to assess candidate fit and ensure alignment with role requirements. Skill & Experience Matching : Evaluate candidates' qualifications and professional backgrounds to match them with suitable roles across IT and Non-IT domains. Candidate Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, supporting them throughout the selection and onboarding process. Employer Branding : Represent and promote Hunarstreet Technologies as an employer of choice to attract high-quality talent. Ensure a Positive Candidate Experience : Deliver a seamless and professional experience for every candidate during the hiring journey. Advanced Sourcing Techniques : Apply innovative sourcing strategies to connect with passive and niche talent. Clear Communication: Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment at every stage of the recruitment process. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2 to 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with strong exposure to both Non-IT and IT hiring. Hands-on experience with platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
