As a Human Resources Manager at Ovofarm based in Bhubaneswar, you will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Your daily responsibilities will revolve around crafting HR policies, managing employee benefits, conducting training sessions, and facilitating seamless employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Additionally, you will handle employee grievances, maintain HR records, and elevate overall employee engagement and satisfaction levels. To excel in this role, you should possess experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and liasioning. A strong grasp of HR policies, compliance regulations, and employee benefits is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution expertise, are crucial for success. Proficiency in HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite, along with keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, are also required. A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, will be advantageous. Prior experience in the agricultural or food production industry is a plus.,
