Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring high performance and effective delivery of HR services. Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs across all functions. Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategy. Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives. Manage performance management processes and career development planning. Lead compensation planning, benchmarking, and benefits administration. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Advise and coach managers on employee relations and conflict resolution. Analyze HR metrics and use data to inform strategic decisions. Lead change management efforts during organizational transformation. Manage HR budgets and vendor relationships. Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred). 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred. Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strategic thinker with strong business acumen. Thorough understanding of HR best practices and labor legislation. Experience in organizational development and change management. Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Show more Show less
