Job Title: Sales Executive – Government Business Loans (MUDRA/Startup/MSME) Job Location: Ahmedabad Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and goal-driven Sales Executive to promote and facilitate business loans under government schemes such as MUDRA , Startup India , MSME , Grand , Her startup . The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client onboarding, and end-to-end loan process coordination, with a strong understanding of relevant government loan products. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads for MUDRA, Startup, and MSME loans through fieldwork, calls, and referrals Educate potential customers on loan eligibility, benefits, and documentation requirements Convert leads into successful loan applications by building trust and offering tailored solutions Coordinate with internal processing teams, banks, and government officials to ensure smooth application flow Follow up with clients regularly for document collection, updates, and post-loan support Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, conversions, and customer interactions Stay updated with government policies, loan criteria, and any scheme changes Requirements: Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field 1+ year of experience in sales, financial services, or loan facilitation (preferred) Strong understanding of MUDRA, Startup India, and MSME loan products Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets Basic proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools Fresher also apply Job Type: Full-time Salary: Fixed + Attractive Incentives To Apply: Email your resume to hr@indobright.co.in or WhatsApp at 7228062200
