Hiring: HR Manager

About this role

HR Manager

Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals.
Manage performance appraisal systems and support employee development programs.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally.
Maintain HR documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance records.
Plan and execute employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR matters and organizational growth.

Skills and competencies

Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and labor laws.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with HRMS software and Excel.
Problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities.
High sense of integrity and confidentiality.

Requirement -
