Demo Coordination: Connect interested students with appropriate trainers and schedule demo sessions to help them gain insights into our training offerings. Feedback & Support: Collect feedback post-demo sessions, address student queries and concerns, and offer timely resolutions to ensure a positive experience. Enrollment Assistance: Guide students through the complete enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free transition into their chosen programs. Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends in IT technologies and training methodologies to continually enhance the quality of our counselling services. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the training team to align program offerings with student needs and evolving industry requirements.
