Admission Counsellor

An Admission Counsellor guides prospective students and families through the school's application, programs, and enrollment process, acting as the main contact to provide information, conduct interviews, manage applications, organize recruitment events (like open houses/fairs), maintain records in the admissions database, and ensure smooth transition to enrollment, aligning recruitment with school goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Prospective Student Guidance: Act as the first point of contact, counseling students and parents on curriculum, requirements, campus life, and financial aid.
• Outreach: Participate in school fairs, community events, and high school visits; conduct info sessions and campus tours; build relationships with feeder schools.
• Application Management: Review and evaluate applications, verify documents, manage applicant data in CRM/databases, and follow up on missing items.
• Interviewing: Conduct interviews with potential parents to assess fit and goals.
• Enrollment Support: Assist with final paperwork and facilitate the enrollment process.
• Strategy & Reporting: Collaborate on recruitment strategies, develop marketing materials, and analyze data to meet enrollment targets.

Pay: ₹26,543.82 - ₹35,073.66 per month
