Java Developer Trainer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Java Developer Trainer to join our Academy. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Java and related technologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring developers. The trainer will be responsible for delivering both online and offline training , guiding students through live projects , and ensuring a strong practical understanding of Java development. Key Responsibilities: Deliver structured Java training sessions (core and advanced) in both classroom and virtual formats. Design, update, and maintain training materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises . Conduct live project sessions to simulate real-world development experience for students. Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback, mentorship, and support. Assist in curriculum development to keep content aligned with current industry standards. Foster an engaging learning environment and encourage active participation. Conduct technical assessments, mock interviews , and resolve student queries effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to improve the quality of training and student outcomes. Technical Skills Required: Strong hands-on experience in Java (Core & Advanced) . Familiarity with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC) , Hibernate, JPA. Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JDBC, Multithreading, Collections . Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Experience with tools like Eclipse/IntelliJ, Maven/Gradle, Git. Familiarity with database technologies like MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL. Exposure to live project development , software life cycle, and deployment practices. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3+ years of Java development experience . Prior experience in teaching/training/coaching is highly preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Passion for teaching and developing future tech professionals. Nice to Have: Certification in Java or related technologies. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or DevOps tools.
