Role Overview: As a Human Resources Manager at eCosmetix, located at our Saha facility, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's HR functions. Your main focus will be to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. Your role will involve managing recruitment processes, enhancing employee onboarding experiences, planning and executing training programs, facilitating performance management, and spearheading employee engagement initiatives. Additionally, you will work closely with leadership to address workforce needs and uphold a positive company culture.
